Wholesale Plastic Card Printing — Made in the USA, Priced for Trade

Continental BizMag is a wholesale-only trade printer manufacturing plastic cards in the USA from South Florida. No retail customers. No overseas delays. Just consistent, full-color plastic cards at trade prices — delivered to resellers or blind shipped to their customers across the country.

What Are Wholesale Plastic Cards?

Wholesale plastic cards are durable, wallet-sized cards printed on PVC plastic and sold in bulk at trade pricing. The most common format is the CR80 — the same standard size as a credit card — though custom sizes are available for specialty applications.

Wholesale plastic gift cards, hospital badges, and RFID hotel key cards for the tradeAt Continental BizMag, "wholesale" means we sell exclusively to businesses: print resellers, promotional product companies, and mom & pop print ships. There are no retail orders, no walk-in pricing, and no retail markups on your production. You get manufacturer-direct pricing from a facility that controls every step of the process.

Continental BizMag’s website can be used as a sales tool, showing retail pricing to anyone that is not logged in. Simply apply to become a reseller to unlock instant wholesale pricing on all products.

Plastic cards are used across nearly every industry that needs a durable, professional credential, identifier, or branded item that fits in a wallet or badge holder. The format is proven, universally compatible, and endlessly customizable — from a simple gift card to a full-color RFID hotel key.

Card Specifications & Materials

Every card we manufacture starts with the right substrate. Understanding your options upfront ensures that the cards you order perform exactly as intended — in the printer, in the field, and in your clients' hands.

CR80 Standard Dimensions Width: 3.375" (85.6mm) Height: 2.125" (54mm)
Standard Thickness (Credit card size and thickness): 30 mil (0.030")
Lightweight Option (Thin and flexible): 10-20 mil
Heavyweight Option (Extra thick and robust): 35 - 50 mil

Card Finishes

Gloss — High-sheen, vivid color reproduction. The most popular option — prints pop, colors saturate fully.

Matte — Fingerprint-resistant, premium feel. Preferred for an upscale look.

Soft-Touch — Velvety, luxury tactile finish. Ideal for high-end brands and premium loyalty programs.

Material Comparison

Full PVC — 100% PVC — Best for loyalty, gift, and promo cards — Lowest cost tier

Full PVC is the workhorse of the industry — affordable, flexible, and vivid. Composite cards ($$) are more rigid and durable, making them the go-to for access control and hospitality. Polycarbonate cards ($$$)  are laser-engraved for tamper-evidence and are required for government-grade or high-security applications.

Printing Options & Customization

From a simple two-sided full-color card to a variable-data credential with embedded RFID, our South Florida factory handles the full range of plastic card customization at trade scale.

Full-Color Offset & Digital Printing Production-grade CMYK printing with front and back coverage if needed. CMYK 4-color process delivers photographic reproduction quality. Pantone color matching is available for brand-exact results. Bleed is set at 1/8" with a 1/16" safe zone standard. Spot UV accent coating is available — gloss on matte base.

Variable Data Printing Unique information on every card in a single run — names, numbers, barcodes, QR codes — without splitting your order. We support sequential numbering, personalized names or member IDs per card, and unique barcode or QR codes per card from your data file. This is ideal for membership programs, patient IDs, and event credentials. Submit your data as CSV or Excel and we handle the data merge.

Magnetic Stripe Encoding HiCo and LoCo magnetic stripe options for POS, access, and loyalty system compatibility. HiCo (2750 Oe) is more durable and preferred for most applications. LoCo (300 Oe) is standard for single-use or less secure applications. Tracks 1, 2, and 3 are available individually or combined. Cards can be pre-encoded to your specification or supplied blank for field encoding.

RFID Card Options Contactless smart card capabilities for access control, hospitality, and transit applications. We supply 125kHz cards (EM4100, HID Proximity, AWID) for read-only access applications, and 13.56MHz cards (MIFARE Classic, MIFARE DESFire EV1/EV2, ICODE) for read/write applications. Cards are supplied pre-encoded or blank for client-side programming. The inlay is fully embedded into the center of the card.

Wholesale Pricing & Volume Tiers

Continental BizMag operates on a trade-only pricing model. That means no retail customers, no walk-in orders, and no inflated pricing designed for single-unit buyers. Our pricing is structured around volume — the more you order, the better your per-unit cost, which means more margin for your business.

Instant plastic card pricing is available on PVC plastic cards and varies based on card material, finish, and any optional add-ons such as mag stripe, RFID, or variable data. Simply create a reseller account to unlock our instant price calculator and receive a 40% discount off of suggested retail pricing. For composite or polycarbonate materials, or orders with encoding or variable data, contact our trade team for a complete quote.

Every order includes pre-press file review, a digital proof before production begins, domestic manufacturing at our South Florida facility, and white-label shipping upon request.

Magnetic stripe, RFID inlay, variable data printing, matte finish, slot punch, and other optional add-ons are available at an additional per-unit cost. Standard turnaround is 10 - 15 business days with rush turnaround available. Contact our trade team for a complete quote that includes your exact specifications.

If you're a reseller placing recurring orders, ask about our standing order pricing and blanket purchase agreements — we work with print brokers and promotional companies who need consistent fulfillment at predictable cost.

How to Order — From Quote to Delivery

Ordering wholesale plastic cards from Continental BizMag is straightforward. Here's exactly what to expect from first contact to cards in hand.

Step 1 — Choose Your Card Type & Specs Select your material, quantity, finish, and any add-ons — mag stripe, RFID, variable data. Not sure? Our team will walk you through the options based on the end use.

Step 2 — Request Your Trade Quote Submit your specs using our quote form. We'll respond with a detailed price breakdown and production timeline within one business day. No retail pricing, no surprises.

Step 3 — Submit Your Print-Ready Artwork Upload your design files: PDF, Adobe Illustrator (.ai), or EPS at 300dpi with 1/4" bleed. Our pre-press team reviews every file before it goes to the press — we'll flag any issues before production begins.

Step 4 — Approve Your Digital Proof A digital proof is included with every plastic card order. Review your card's layout, colors, and any variable data before we run the press. Most proofs are provided for approval within 24 hours.

Tips for Resellers

All products are produced in the USA from our South Florida factory. Once your proof is approved, your order goes to press. Standard production is 10–15 business days. Rush service is typically available if you are in a time crunch.

Order ahead of your client's deadline. Build in at least 2–3 extra business days for unexpected proof revisions.

Cards can ship to your business or blind shipped directly to your client. White-label shipping with no Continental BizMag branding is available for resellers and print brokers who want to maintain their own brand relationship with end clients. We ship in unbranded packaging so your client receives cards that appear to come from you.

USA-Made Plastic Cards from South Florida

Most plastic card suppliers operating at the trade level are import brokers — they place your order overseas, wait for a container shipment, and hope nothing is damaged, delayed, or wrong by the time it arrives. Continental BizMag is different. We manufacture at our own South Florida facility, which means every card that ships under your order was produced domestically, under our direct quality control.

For your clients, "Made in the USA" is a meaningful differentiator. For you, as a reseller or trade buyer, it means predictable lead times, no customs clearance delays, direct accountability when something isn't right, and the ability to place rush orders when a client needs their cards fast.

Predictable Turnaround
10-15 business day standard production. Rush available. No container shipping, no port delays, no customs hold-ups affecting your deadline.

Direct Accountability
You're dealing with the manufacturer, not a middleman. When you have a question, a problem, or a rush — you call the facility that made the cards and speak to a live person in the USA.

Lower Carbon Footprint
Domestic production means dramatically shorter shipping distances.

A Sales Advantage for Resellers More B2B clients are requiring domestic sourcing. "Made in the USA" is a feature you can sell.

Frequently Asked Questions

What is the minimum order for wholesale plastic cards? Our minimum order is 100 cards. The price per card goes down significantly as the order volume increases with 500 - 1,000+ quantity offering more cost-effective per-unit pricing.

How thick are your plastic cards? The standard thickness of our cards is 30 mil like a standard credit card. Looking for something thin and flexible? Or something extra thick for a VIP look? We can produce cards ranging from 10 mil - 50 mil in thickness.

Can you split a batch of 500 cards across 2 versions? Yes. If you have similar designs going into production at the same time, you can split a batch of cards across multiple versions to get the most competitive price per card. Contact our trade team for a quote on your specific quantity and specifications.

Do you offer custom quantities? Yes. Standard quantity price breaks are at 100, 250, 500, 1,000, 2,500, 5,000, and 10,000. Need something in between? Just request a custom quote.

Do you offer custom sizes? Yes. The standard size of our wholesale plastic cards measure CR80 or 3.375” x 2.125” like a credit card. Need something larger? Request a custom quote.

Do you supply RFID-compatible plastic cards? Yes. We supply RFID cards in both 125kHz (EM4100, HID Proximity, AWID) and 13.56MHz (MIFARE Classic, MIFARE DESFire EV1/EV2) frequencies. Cards are available pre-encoded to your specification or blank for client-side encoding. The RFID inlay is fully embedded in the card, barely visible to the naked eye.

How long does production take? Standard production on plastic cards is 10–15 business days after proof approval. Production begins the next business day after your digital proof is approved. Rush production is available for an additional fee. All production takes place at our South Florida facility, so there are no overseas shipping delays affecting your timeline.

What file format should I submit for my card artwork? We prefer press-ready PDF files with all fonts embedded and all images at 300dpi. Adobe Illustrator (.ai) files with fonts outlined are also accepted, as are EPS files. Make sure your artwork is set to CMYK color mode — RGB files will be converted before printing, which can shift colors unexpectedly. Your file should be sized at 3.625" × 2.375" including bleed (3.375" × 2.125" final card size). Refer to our file setup guide for additional details. Our pre-press team reviews every file before production and will contact you if we identify any issues. An unbranded digital proof will also be provided for approval prior to production

Can I order different designs in the same run? Yes — we offer gang-run options for resellers who need multiple designs in a single order. Each design has its own quantity minimum, but we can structure the order so you're hitting volume pricing across the combined run. This is particularly popular with resellers who have multiple clients needing small quantities of the same card type. Contact our trade team to discuss multi-design pricing for your order.

Do you ship white-label to my clients? Yes. White-label shipping — with no Continental BizMag branding on the package or packing slip — is available for all reseller and broker accounts. Cards ship in unmarked packaging directly to your client's address, so the fulfillment looks like it came from you. We never include our own marketing materials, pricing information, or contact details in white-label shipments.

Are your plastic cards made in the USA? Yes. All plastic cards we supply are manufactured at our South Florida facility. Continental BizMag is a manufacturer — not an import broker. When you order from us, you're ordering from the facility that prints, cuts, and fulfills every card in your order.
