Can I receive a sample kit?

Absolutely. Click here to request your FREE sample kit which includes a copy of our 32-page retail catalog. All sample kits are mailed out within 1-2 business days via US Postal Service. These are random samples and are not personalized.  

What is the turn around time for an order?

Production time on most orders is 10 - 14 working days after proof approval except for our Quick Ship line which is typically printed in 2 - 7 working days depending on the product and quantity selected. Very large or complex orders with add-on services such as embossing, barcoding, mag striping, hole punching, and variable data, may take additional time to complete. Please inquire for rush service. 

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept Visa, Mastercard, and American Express using secure online credit card transactions. 

Can I pick up my order at your location?

Yes. Just select “Pick Up” as your shipping method before checking out to pick your order up at our factory located at 1801 Green Road, Pompano Beach, FL 33064.  

How is my order shipped?

Your order will ship via FedEx ground shipping. If you prefer to use your own shipping account or require expedited shipping, please mention it under Special Instructions when placing your order. 

What kind of printing is used?

Most of our printing is done using CMYK offset, or high quality CMYK digital printing. Exact color matching cannot be guaranteed and colors may vary slightly from shipment to shipment. Ink shades may vary when printed on colored plastic. PMS inks are available on select products.  

Can you color match exactly?

Keep in mind that all colors vary with the printing process. Colors can also shift under liquid lamination. Due to the variation of inks and materials we cannot guarantee exact color matches. Please notify us if color matching is critical. 

Can I cancel my order?

We require written notice via e-mail if you wish to cancel an order. All labor and material costs incurred prior to cancellation will be charged. 

Do you guarantee your products?

We guarantee that our products will be delivered free from defect. We will immediately replace any order that was either printed incorrectly by our staff. Any errors, damage, or shortages must be reported in writing within 30 days. 

How do I supply artwork?

Artwork may be submitted via email, website, transfer services such as WeTransfer, HiTail, or Dropbox. The preferred file formats are high-res PDF (fonts embedded), tif, eps (all text converted to outlines and images embedded). Resolution must be 300 dpi with CMYK color mode. All artwork requires 1/4” bleed on all sides. Please contact us if you require a detailed spec sheet.
